  4. ‚Ä¢ Endoscopic laser treatment has been used to reduce local tumor obstruction and also, sometimes, to control

  6. ‚Ä¢ Combination chemotherapy with 5-FU + mitomycin or 5-FU+ cisplatin as well as bleomycin or
  7.   investigational combinations (see BELOW) can be considered. For those who don't respond to these drugs,
  8.   cisplatin + 5-FU therapy may be a good salvage program.

  13. ‚Ä¢ mitomycin + Adriamycin + cisplatin
